As with many UK organisations we have adopted a GDPR policy to align with EU policy for protecting members information.
This has been communicated to members and displayed in the clubhouse for all members to view.
As part of the policy to allow for members to communicate with each other we completed a members directory. This document contains members names, contact phone number and email address only.
Also we warn members about policies for other parties as by purchasing tickets or services from the LTA their data protection policies apply.
